Description Contribution to health Many women are iron deficient without being aware of it. This is often caused by the loss of blood during menstruation. During pregnancy the daily iron requirement doubles from 15 to 30 mg. Therefore, during these challenging times women should take particular care to ensure that they obtain an adequate supply of iron. Iron has a role in cell division. It also contributes to • Normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal cognitive function, reduction of tiredness and fatigue • Normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and normal oxygen transport in the body • Normal function of the immune system. What Ayurveda says The ancient ayurvedic texts described the harmonising effect of fine iron and precious herbs on the female body. The proven mixture was also believed to strengthen all the Dhatu Agnis and contribute to gentle cleansing (see note). Specific features of our raw materials and processing methods As is the case with all our supplements, our main focus is always on the health and well-being of our clients. Therefore, in the production of our LADIES RASAYANA, we use only very well-tolerated and easily digestible Iron Bhasma, which has been prepared in a year-long (!) production process involving over 100 cycles. The result of this complex process, which is carried out only by experts with many years of experience, is a fine form of iron that can only be obtained using this traditional Bhasma procedure. This unique Iron Bhasma is combined in our LADIES RASAYANA with selected high-quality herbs. LADIES RASAYANA combines fine components such as Shilajit (from the Himalayas), Guggul and Bambus Manna (a natural form of silica), pearl oysters, acotinum, amla fruit, myrobalan fruit, Indian myrrh, ayurvedic iron ore, cinnamon and various types of pepper. Directions Dose for adults: 1 tablet twice daily with warm milk or warm water 1/2 hour before meals. With 2 tablets a day, the daily dose contains 32 mg iron (229% of Nutrient Reference Value).
